All shipping costs are non-refundable.

If a product is damaged during shipping, customer is responsible for taking pictures of the damaged product(s) AND damaged shipping materials/boxes. Without these pictures refunds may not be permitted.

Returns are permitted within 14 days of purchase. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Only new, non-damaged items are eligible for refund or credit. All discounted, sale, clearance, and liquidation items are final sale.
